Add short tags like “work” or “ideas” to group related notes. Filter your library by any tag to find everything on a topic at once.
Pinning keeps a note at the top of the list; favoriting collects notes you love into a separate Favorites filter. Use pins for “now”, favorites for “keep”.
Archiving hides a note without losing it — it stays searchable and restorable. Deleting is for notes you truly no longer need.
Guest notes live only in this browser on this device. Signing in saves notes to your account so they return when you sign in again.
Give each note a clear title, keep one idea per note, use headings and bullet lists for structure, and tag consistently so search stays useful.
Use “Export all” to download a JSON backup of every note, and “Import” to restore them later or move them to another browser.

Yes. Archiving hides a note from the main list without deleting it. Archived notes stay searchable under the Archived filter and can be restored any time.
Yes. Pin a note to keep it at the top when you sort by “Pinned first”, and you can see a clear pinned indicator on the note.
Yes. Search looks across the title, the note content and tags, and updates instantly as you type, with a result count.
Yes. Type a tag and press Enter, or paste comma-separated tags. Duplicate tags are prevented, and you can filter your library by any tag.
Yes. You can copy a note, download it as a .txt or .md file, and export all notes as a JSON backup that you can re-import later.
No. Notes are stored as plain data — locally on your device for guests, or in your account when signed in. They are not end-to-end encrypted, so avoid storing sensitive secrets like passwords.
Yes. Open the Archived filter, select a note and choose Restore to bring it back into your main list. Archived notes are never deleted automatically.
Yes. Ctrl/Cmd + N creates a note, Ctrl/Cmd + S saves, Ctrl/Cmd + F focuses search, Esc closes the mobile editor, and standard rich-text shortcuts (Ctrl/Cmd + B / I) work inside the editor.
